FIELDBOSS, the cloud-based field service management software built for elevator contractors and HVAC companies, plans to host Unfair Advantage — The NAEC Morning Session Elevator Contractors Can’t Afford to Skip — a complimentary pre-National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) education session designed specifically for elevator contractors, on September 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The session will take place at the NAEC Convention host hotel, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, in the Prairie Event Space. Scheduled before the NAEC tradeshow floor opens, Unfair Advantage is open to both NAEC attendees and contractors who may be in the area but are not attending the conference. “This isn’t a product presentation or a sales event,” FIELDBOSS stated. “It’s a business discussion focused on the practical application of AI in the elevator industry including governance, compliance, operational best practices, benchmarking and what contractors should be thinking about as AI continues to reshape the way businesses operate.” The goal is for attendees to leave with ideas they can take back to their businesses, regardless of which software they use.
