South Jersey Elevator Welcomes VP Short

Blackwood, New Jersey-headquartered South Jersey Elevator (SJE) recently welcomed Christopher Short to its team as new vice president (VP). Holding a BA in communication studies from the University of Connecticut, Short joins SJE with a long vertical-transportation industry career, including with Raleigh, North Carolina-based Southern Elevator Co. Inc., where he held leadership roles including director of sales, director of operations and president over more than 16 years. SJE President Bill McGrath said Short brings a “wealth of industry experience, leadership and a forward-thinking mindset that will help drive the company to new heights.”
