Elevating Studio and The VT Studio Join Forces

Elevating Studio, a leading global vertical-transportation (VT) consultancy based in Singapore with regional offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and Finland, announced a strategic collaboration with The VT Studio, an established specialist consultancy based in London. The alliance aims to provide the expertise and resources to a growing international client base across the Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe and the Middle East. Under the collaboration, The VT Studio will continue to operate under its current brand and maintain its U.K. base. The company will be led by Managing Director (MD) John Stopes and Executive Director Adam Scott, effective July 1. Scott has decades of VT engineering and design experience, including playing a key role in the development of CIBSE Guide D and active involvement in several European standards committees (CEN/TC10). Stopes will report to Michiel de Moel, CEO and co-founder of Elevating Studio, and work closely with Johannes de Jong, Elevating Studio’s executive vice president and founder. The VT Studio team will also collaborate closely with Elevating Studio’s global leadership team, including global VT expert Janne Sorsa, a renowned expert in traffic analysis and simulation; Paul van Santen, recently appointed group director for business processes and technical delivery; MD for Australia and New Zealand Geoff Gatehouse; MD Thailand Supradit Marsong; and MD Malaysia Nai Meng Wah.
