76 Otis Elevators for Sobha’s Six-Tower Dubai Project

Otis announced on August 4 it will install 76 elevators for Sobha Realty at its Riverside Crescent development in Sobha Hartland II in Dubai. In the development’s first phase, Riverside Crescent’s six, 71-story luxury residential towers will be served by an advanced vertical-transportation system that includes 50 SkyRise^®, 12 Arise^TM and 14 machine-room-less Gen2^® elevators. The elevators will travel at up to 6 m/s and be equipped with EMS Panorama^TM 2.0 for monitoring and managing operation-critical functions.
