Total Access Elevator Acquires LA Elevator

Total Access Elevator, a Sante Fe Springs, California-based division of Los Angeles (LA)-based private-equity firm Century Park, announced in August the acquisition of LA Elevator, an independent provider of elevator maintenance, repair and modernization. Total Access observed the acquisition strengthens its presence across key LA neighborhoods and enhances its ability to deliver responsive, high-quality service. Total Access has partnered with International Union of Elevator Constructors (IAEC) Local 18 to transition LA Elevator’s non-union workforce to IAEC members, with IAEC Local 18 expressing “enthusiastic support” for welcoming the talented technicians from LA Elevator. “This acquisition reflects our ongoing commitment to building the leading independent elevator services company in Southern California through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions,” Total Access Board Member and Century Park Capital Principal Adam Zacuto said.
