Imtiaz Developments Taps Otis for 41 Dubai Projects

Dubai, U.A.E-based Imtiaz Developments appointed Otis to install vertical-transportation (VT) equipment across its 41 residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai and the Dubai Islands, outlets including Construction Week Online report. Imtiaz CEO Masih Imtiaz said he is confident that integrating Otis VT systems will “elevate the quality and reliability of our developments, delivering long-term value for our investors and enhancing the living experience of our residents.” The projects encompass a mix of residential, waterfront and urban community complexes, and Otis will deploy advanced VT technologies tailored to the specifications of each. The VT equipment will reflect high performance, energy efficiency and long-term reliability.
