We prioritize high-quality systems that ensure smooth, vibration-free travel and plan their placement carefully to optimize foot traffic, lift lobbies, access points and reduce waiting duration of commuters. Intelligent maintenance, supported by sensors and communication systems, helps us predict and resolve issues before they disrupt residents. Brand selection is guided by proven reliability and long-term performance.

PM: With the development of high rises increasing further, as a real estate developer, what are your expectations from elevator and escalator providers going forward? 

SB: With Pune’s skyline rising taller, we expect elevator providers to deliver faster, energy-efficient systems supported by remote monitoring and preventive maintenance.
