Goettsch Partners (GP) Senior Project Designer Vladimir Andrejevic said in April that some residents of Alcove, a striking, 34-story tower planned in Nashville, Tennessee, next to the Amazon-anchored Nashville Yards, will be able to “step off the elevator and immediately overlook the city.” Views of the city skyline will join amenities including four communal outdoor terraces situated in alcoves; a rooftop with a business center, private dining area, game room, lounge and pool; and another, glass-bottomed pool hanging over the 27th-floor amenity terrace. Clad in glazed metal panels, the 416-ft-tall tower at 900 Church Street is arranged in a series of stacked cubes and will offer 356 units of varying sizes. Completion is anticipated in 2022.
