Wurtec Group Announces Leadership Changes

Wurtec announced leadership changes in a press release on August 9. Blake Pilgrim has been promoted to president of the group. Pilgrim has been with Wurtec for nine years, most recently in the role of vice president of sales, and has been reporting to the board of advisors for the past four years to prepare himself for his new position. He will work closely with Steve Wurth, Wurtec’s CEO and executive chairman. Wurtec also announced that Joel Wooley has been named director of sales and marketing. Wooley has had 26 years of experience in the vertical-transportation industry, many of which were in leadership roles.
