A 26-story condominium building is being proposed for Toronto’s Humewood-Cedarvale neighborhood, Urban Toronto reports. Camron Felcorp, a longtime developer behind dozens of buildings and thousands of residential units in the city, has applied to rezone and assemble six plots at 91 Raglan Avenue to build the tower, which would bring 224 units to the area. The neighborhood is already known for tall buildings of varying heights co-existing with low- and mid-rise structures. To the north of the site is a six-story apartment building, and to the south are three low-rise properties. The new tower would replace six semi-detached homes, three of which are vacant. Designed by Onespace Unlimited, the proposal has a gross floor area of 18,381 m² and a six-level podium. The design calls for indoor and outdoor amenity space totaling 5,597 ft², and a green roof is proposed for both the roof and mechanical penthouse levels. The proposal calls for one-, two- and three-bedroom units, a 109-car underground parking facility and 256 bicycle parking spaces. No construction timeline has been announced.
