Pre-Sales Begin For Vancouver Residential Skyscraper

Apartment pre-sales for the residential Fifteen Fifteen skyscraper in Vancouver, Canada, by architecture firm Büro Ole Scheeren have begun, dezeen reported in October. The proposed 42-story tower is located at 1515 Alberni Street in the Coal Harbour neighborhood, and construction is set to take place in 2022. Developers Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties first released designs in 2015 and the proposal was approved by the city council in 2018. The tower will include 202 condominiums, with a variety of sizes. The architect and his team will also be designing the interiors for the condos. There will be 18 observatory residences in the protruding parts of the building, and four penthouse apartments.
