3Phase Merges With Halley To Expand New England Reach

3Phase Elevator, an independent Canton, Massachusetts-based provider of elevator and escalator services, announced on February 15 it has merged with Halley Elevator, which provides elevator service, maintenance, repair and modernization in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 3Phase observed the merger strengthens its presence in northern Massachusetts and allows both companies to further expand in New Hampshire. Founded and run by Jeff and Frank Halley, Halley Elevator has been in business for 15 years. The Halleys will continue as owners, serving customers under the Halley brand. Jeff Halley said the merger will allow the combined companies to “capture growth opportunities along the 495 corridor and into southern New Hampshire.” Harvey & Company served as the financial advisor to 3Phase for the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed.
