Work is getting underway for a 32-story apartment development designer Western Urban plans in San Antonio, Texas, MYSA reports. The construction, launched under Dallas-based builder Rogers-O’Brien Construction, is set to rise at 300 Main and 305 Soledad streets. This newest project will offer 696,000 ft2 and include ground-floor retail, a six-level parking garage and 354 family-residential units. Once complete, residents will have access to two amenity decks, a fitness center and apartments with high-end finishes. The project received the final design plans from the Historic and Design Review Commission in December 2021, and is aiming for completion by 2024. In addition to the tower plan, Weston Urban aims to convert an old hotel building into a 15-story apartment building, and recently bought another historic site to convert into a hotel.
