Liftinstituut Expands Into Spain With Acquisition

Liftinstituut has entered the Spanish market with the acquisition of Iseval Grupo, headquartered in Valencia, with the company joining the international network on July 12. The move follows the expansion of safety inspections in Belgium, the Caribbean, Finland, Ireland and Singapore. Iseval remains autonomous within the group and is being supported in achieving its growth objectives. Liftinstituut Holding Managing Director Marco Waagmeester described Iseval as the ideal partner. “Its market position, culture and management fit perfectly with our business model,” Waagmeester said. Iseval’s founders have been working in industrial inspection and safety since 1998, founding the company in 2004. Iseval Managing Director Gabriel Perez said the company aims to establish itself as a leader in industrial safety services. “For this, we will rely on a near century of Liftinstituut knowhow,” he said. Liftinstituut plans to continue to expand its network across Europe and beyond.
