TK Elevator (TKE) is celebrating 25 years of providing elevator service at Ben Gurion Airport in Israel. TKE began servicing vertical-transportation (VT) equipment at the airport in 1997 and today maintains more than 80 units in passenger terminals and airport buildings. The portfolio includes units manufactured by TKE as well as third-party vendors. A TKE team is on-site around the clock every day of the year. Ben Gurion is Israel’s largest international airport in terms of passenger and aircraft traffic, and serves as the main gateway to the country. “At TKE, we know that meeting the specific needs of airport customers requires a well-trained, on-site presence and a reliable spare parts supply network,” TKE Israel CEO Amid Tal said.
