NYC-Based TEI Group Announces New Hire, Retirement

TEI Group announced a new hire and a retirement. The company, headquartered in Long Island City, Queens, NYC, named Jessica Price sales contract/proposal administrator. She is responsible for overseeing contract sales to ensure best practices and drive satisfaction for both new and existing clients. She develops and closes new deals by working closely with the TEI leadership team to grow service, modernization and new construction sales. Price previously worked at Centennial Elevator Industries and, prior to the vertical-transportation (VT) industry, at Columbia Property Trust. Andy Koontz, most recently executive vice president of sales and marketing at TEI Group, has retired from contracting after 37 years in the elevator business. He will continue to serve the industry as a VT design, modernization and service consultant at Patriot Elevator Services. TEI Group thanks Koontz for his contributions and wishes him great success in his new endeavor.
