FAA Approves Permits for 40-Story Miami Condo Tower

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved permits for a 440-ft-tall, 40-story condominium tower at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami, Florida YIMBY reports. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Aria Development with AQARAT, 501 First Residences will include 448 fully furnished condos and 3,127 ft2 of commercial space within more than 400,000 ft2 of space. With interiors designed by Shim Projects, units will come in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations and boast custom Italian cabinetry and countertops, as well as washers and dryers for each unit. Completion is anticipated by early 2025.
