Metro Elevator recently announced its new Pacific Northwest headquarters (HQ) in Seattle. The location joins ones serving the NYC metropolitan area, the Carolinas and the Triangle/Triad area of North Carolina. Ragus’ background includes leadership positions with Otis in the Seattle area spanning more than seven years. Hatch served as an elevator mechanic and foreman for Otis in the Seattle area for nearly nine years, and held similar roles at TK Elevator for two and a half years. He holds an elevator contractor’s license with the National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP). Prior to joining Metro Elevator, Brassell was an instructor at NEIEP for nearly five years. He worked as an elevator mechanic at Mitsubishi Electric US for more than 17 years.
