Wittur Group, the Germany-headquartered supplier of components for lifts, elevators, doors, engines and lift cars, held WiConnect events at Wittur plants in Krupina, Slovakia, and Monclova, Mexico, on June 6 and June 13, respectively. Launched in February 2023, WiConnect is a new, in-person, interactive event during which members of the executive management team communicate with team members in their respective locations. The Slovakia event recognized Wittur Slovakia’s 15th anniversary and milestones the plant has achieved over the years. It was attended by Wittur CEO Tom Stephenson, Chief Operating Officer Johann “Hans” Königshofer, with Chief People Officer Åsa Lautenberg participating via video conference. The Mexico event was attended by Stephenson and Wittur Americas Managing Director Giorgio Scarabello.
