Danube Properties announced the launch of its Elitz 3 development in the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) at a “star-studded” Danube Sports World event in August, Construction Week Middle East reported. The US$218 million project will neighbor the Elitz and Elitz 2 towers, which are currently under construction in the JVC. Elitz 3’s twin towers will rise 40- and 46-stories tall and deliver 750 residential units and a few retail stores. The development is set to include more than 40 community, health and lifestyle amenities. With this launch, Danube Properties marks its 24th residential project — the ninth project to be launched in the last 18 months. The company’s combined development value currently exceeds US$2.7 billion. Elitz 3 is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
