Dan Walsh Appointed Director of Marketing for Vantage

Dan Walsh has joined the Vantage Elevator Solutions commercial team as director of Marketing, reporting directly to Vantage Chief Commercial Officer Michael James, effective September 11. Walsh is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support the growth of Vantage’s products and services. He will additionally lead Vantage’s elevator consultant outreach activities. Walsh has more than 32 years’ elevator industry experience, holding various roles in sales and marketing, as well as on the contractor, supplier and consultant side. Prior to joining Bronx, NY-based Vantage, Walsh was director of Modernization, Major Projects and Smart Building Solutions at KONE Americas. He was previously area offering manager for KONE’s modernization product line in North America. Before he worked for KONE, Walsh was director of International Sales for Kinetek Industries and Draka Elevator Products. Early in his career, he was a staff consultant for NYC-based Walsh Associates Ltd. Walsh holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University. He resides in Wake Forest, North Carolina with his family.
