A 22-story, 20-unit residential tower described by George Kouzoukas, co-founder of luxury fashion house Sabo and Zaco, as a “beach house in the sky” is planned in Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Australia, The Urban Developer reports. Designed by Prospect Apartment Architecture and East Studio, the slender tower dubbed “Sola” at 158 Surf Parade is a development of Sabo and Zaco’s residential development arm, Ature Group. Ature has reportedly been developing property quietly for at least 10 years, but Sola will be its largest to date. The Gold Coast City Council has greenlit the plan, and full-floor apartments — three of which will be held for Sabo and Zaco founders — are expected to hit the market in February with prices starting at AUD2.5 million (US$1.6 million).
