Houston-based Elevator Repair Service, Inc. (ERS) recently announced 2024 contract awards. They are, in Laredo, Texas, modernization of two hydraulic elevators used by U.S. marshals to transport prisoners at the George P. Kazen Federal Building and Courthouse; in Shreveport, Louisiana, modernization of four geared traction passenger elevators and one geared traction freight elevator at the Shreveport Federal Courthouse; and in Houston, modernization of two hydraulic passenger elevators at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
