MET Sponsors PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards

Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) (MET) is a Platinum Sponsor of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, planned on September 20 in Bangkok, for the third consecutive year. The 19th iteration of the event is planned for September 20 at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok. For its Property Report publication, PropertyGuru spoke with MET Managing Director Katsuya Kawabata, who said MET plans to showcase its predictive-maintenance solution “M’s Bridge,” which uses communication technology and data collection to monitor vertical-transportation systems more thoroughly, frequently and precisely. Named for the “four Ms” — Man, Machine, Maintenance and Mitsubishi — M’s Bridge monitors an elevator system “every second it is online,” 24 h a day, 365 days a year, Kawabata observed. These capabilities are bolstered by MET installation and maintenance crews who are available at 28 service centers nationwide. Enhanced accessibility, he said, is of utmost importance in a country that “has fast become the second-most-aged society” in Association of Southeast Asian Nations countries.
