Celsius Systems, a pioneer in the elevator industry since 2005, has announced the introduction of its latest innovative technology — Air-Operated Vacuum Elevators. As the sole distributor of the Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator (PVE) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India, Celsius Systems has successfully installed more than 700 home lifts. The Capsule Lift is powered by air. Utilizing patented Pneumatic Technology®, these elevators generate lift by creating areas of higher and lower pressure within the cylinder hoistway. This allows the self-supporting, panoramic elevators to smoothly move between floors, while occupying significantly less space and requiring less energy and maintenance than traditional elevators. Celsius Systems’ Home Lift has three models available, ranging from a single passenger to a three-passenger wheelchair-accessible version. The Vacuum Elevator system is an eco-friendly solution. It operates using a 220-volt power supply, utilizes very few moving parts and does not require harmful oils, gases or lubricants for operation.
