Lift Elevator LLC, based in Mount Vernon, New York, tells ELEVATOR WORLD it provided a pair of overhead traction elevators with Hollister-Whitney gearless machines and controllers from Elevator Systems, Inc. for 790 Allerton Avenue, a new seven-story residential building in Bronx, NY. New York YIMBY reported in January that the affordable housing lottery had launched for the property, designed by Michael S. Mazzella and developed by Louis Vele of 790 Allerton LLC with 43 residences. A rendering shows a black and beige exterior and what appears to be ground-level commercial space. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, a garage, a gym, in-unit washers and dryers, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, high-speed internet and air conditioning.
