Miami Mixed-Use Development on Track for 2019 Completion

Midtown 8, a 28-story apartment tower connected to a 10-story parking garage with retail and rooftop amenities, has topped out in Midtown Miami, indicating the Wood Partners development is on track for a May 2019 completion, SkyRise Cities reported. Designed by Stantec with a sleek, boxy look, Midtown 8 will have 387 residences, 30,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail and parking for 519 cars and 27 bicycles. At least seven bridges will connect the garage/retail structure to the residential tower. Landscaped with palm trees, the amenities deck will boast a pool, fitness center and club room.
