Otis to equip five Hyderabad projects with 178 cutting-edge elevators. 

Otis India, a subsidiary of Otis Worldwide Corp., announced in April it secured an agreement with Aparna Constructions to provide innovative elevator solutions for five ultra-luxury residential projects situated in the heart of Hyderabad. 

This collaboration promises to redefine vertical mobility in some of the city’s most desirable residential complexes that will blend sophisticated architecture, innovative design, quality and sustainability with contemporary elevator solutions.  

Otis will provide 178 units, installing high-speed SkyRise®, AriseTM and Gen2® elevator systems at several Aparna properties including Aparna Sarovar, Aparna Aqua, Aparna Newlands, Aparna Sunstone and Aparna Greenscapes. 

According to Aparna Constructions, the five projects contain, in total, 30 towers ranging from 26 to 50 stories tall. The three 50-story structures comprising Aparna Sarovar Towers are distinguished by being the tallest buildings in Nallagandla, a posh residential area in the northwestern part of Hyderabad. There, 585 three- and four-bedroom apartments will boast views of the skyline including Hyderabad Central University and beyond. 

In the major commercial and residential hub of Chitrapuri Colony, the three, 50-story towers of Aparna Aqua will offer a range of amenities such as a gym, 24/7 security, rainwater harvesting and eco-friendly living for residents of the nearly 500 three- and four-bedroom apartments. Aparna Newlands is described as “an expansive oasis” spread over 14 acres in the prime location of satellite town Tellapur. There, eight 42-story towers will offer nearly 2,000 residential units that provide “an unmatched blend of luxury and tranquility.” 

The elevators are engineered to provide maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact, perfectly aligning with the growing demand for tech-savvy luxury living.

Aparna Sunstone consists of nine, 44-story towers in the well-connected Gopanpally-Gachibowli locality. The gated community will feature more than 3,200 residences, an exclusive clubhouse and “serene open spaces,” according to Aparna Constructions. Another gated community, Aparna Greenscapes near Suchitra Circle in the Kompally suburb, will offer 768 apartments in seven, 26-story towers. As with all Aparna Constructions developments, amenities will be numerous, here including a swimming pool, spa, mini theater and much more. 

The new elevators are set to transform how residents move within these buildings and elevate their everyday living experience. Equipped with proprietary Otis technology such as the ReGenTM drive to reduce energy consumption, noise-blocking Q-frame cab technology and features such as energy-efficient LED lights and standby mode, the elevators are engineered to provide maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact, perfectly aligning with the growing demand for tech-savvy luxury living.
