Sayal Vinç Prefers a Panoramic Hydraulic Lift

Sayal Vinç, which carries out projects, manufacturing, installation and after-sales services for overhead travelling cranes, gantry cranes and lifting equipment, replaced the vertical transportation unit at the office in its production facility with 8,600 m2 closed area in Sincan, Ankara, with Omarlift’s panoramic hydraulic lift.

Sayal Vinç provided accessibility between the floors of its new factory which has a closed area of 950 m2 with three floors at the 1st Organized Industrial Zone in Sincan, Ankara, and visited Bünyamin Kocabey from Omarlift for a panoramic elevator, which fits the interior design of the building. Following a feasibility study, Han Asansör proposed a panoramic hydraulic lift with an electronic valve as the most suitable solution for the existing place. As hydraulic elevators do not have counterweights, they provide maximum field of view for panoramic elevators. Omarlift’s new product HEVOS also provides comfort during travel, thanks to its low noise. HEVOS, the hydraulic unit with electronic valve, is more efficient than the conventional hydraulic units and also provides energy saving up to 30% compared to conventional pump units of low distance elevators.

Installation

The hydraulic solution prepared for Sayal Vinç, which has a panoramic glass cabin and operates at three stops with sling pulleys (1/2), and with a travel distance of 8.19 m and a capacity of 800 kg (10 persons), has been designed and installed by Han Asansör. The cabin, which is located in the steel construction next to the stairwell, moves with a 4.6 m piston placed near the stairs. The balustrades, which are made of glass and located next to a glass hoistway, provide the maximum field of view during travel.

The elevator has been completely installed and commissioned within a short period of one month, including the steel construction, as the working conditions in the Organized Industrial Zone were highly favorable. The most significant feature of the Smart Hydraulic Pump Unit with Electronic Valve is its self-learn mode and control board that recalculates the time and the main valve opening curve allowing the optimization of deceleration distance and stop, independently of the load and temperature conditions. The unit, which has a control panel interface with CANopen, is certified as UCM/A3, which prevents involuntary car movement. It is also totally programmable by smartphone with the “OMARLIFT Hevos” app.
