Amit Gossain

Amit Gossain joined KONE India as managing director in 2015. He is an industrial and production engineer with a master’s degree in management and systems from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Delhi. Prior to KONE, Gossain was executive vice president for JCB India Ltd., responsible for sales, marketing, business development, product management and corporate affairs for India and South Asia. He is currently chairman of the Urban Development and Smart Cities Committee for CII. He represents IEEMA as chairman of the Elevators & Escalators Division. Gossain was the president of the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association, chairman of the Solid Waste Management Committee for CII and the past chairman of the Finland Chamber of Commerce in India.
