Rafael Martinez Neira

Rafael Martinez Neira is Otis Elevator’s managing director for Colombia. He is responsible for directing and managing all operations in Colombia, including major projects like ATRIO. Martinez joined Otis in 2003 as a sales representative in Spain before rising to branch manager, general manager Panama, regional general manager Mexico & Central America, and, most recently, managing director Colombia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de Alicante and an MBA from EUDE Business School.
