Olympics: A Big Deal

National Ski Jumping Center

It’s that every-four-years’ time: the 2022 Winter Olympics Games extravaganza, running February 4-20. If you’re a fan, you’re likely ready to watch your favorite sport, be it skiing or skating, hockey or snowboarding (or the popular curling),[1] this year in China. As you already know, part of China’s Olympics competitions are at the home of one of ELEVATOR WORLD’s Project of the Year 2022 winners, Suzhou Rhine Lift Manufacture Co., Ltd.’s Inclined Lift, which is set to raise winter athletes where they hope they will become ski-jumping champions.

To get fans ready for the games, the International Olympics Committee hired Uncommon Creative Studio to produce a video that mixes images of top-level winter athletes with groups of fans. With the notion, “Every rise, every fall, every victory — we’re in it together,” the Committee wants you to know how to make it to the top of the world’s toughest competitions. Even if you’re a bobsled fan who goes to work every day riding the escalator. Yeah, the Olympics are a big deal.

Watch the video at the International Olympic Committee.
