10 Injured When Escalator Malfunctions in Philippines

An escalator at the Taft Avenue Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) station in the Philippines malfunctioned on March 8, causing 10 passengers to sustain injuries, The Philippine Star reports. According to reports, the escalator was full of passengers when it malfunctioned, and some of them fell on top of each other.
