Developer Impulsa Desarrollos plans to start construction on Hessen, a 20-story residential tower designed by Grupo Darcon in the Vista Hermosa area of Guatemala City, Guatemala, in July 2023, Revista Construir reports. Scheduled for completion in 2025, Hessen will offer an unspecified number of apartments in one- to three-bedroom configurations, topping out at US$320,000. Interiors will be designed by Olik Studio and amenities will include an indoor gym, a lap pool, a social lounge, a business center and a “boutique garden.” The source observes the project’s “elegant design is reflected in each of the apartments with architectural elements that reinforce the central inspiration of the project — the mountainous areas of the region.”
