3Phase Announces Merger With Headrick Elevator

3Phase Elevator, headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, will take control as it merges with Headrick Elevator of Pittsburgh, the companies announced on December 10. In the new arrangement, 3Phase will join with Headrick to grow its service offerings across Pennsylvania. As fourth-generation owners, Susan and Steven Headrick have maintained and grown the company’s strong reputation on which the company was founded nearly 100 years ago. The company will remain in place and continue to service customers under the Headrick Elevator brand. Mike Strachan, CEO of 3Phase, said Headrick “has an outstanding reputation for focusing on servicing its customers.” 3Phase Elevator, founded in 1996, is a leading independent provider of elevator and escalator maintenance, repair and modernization services in 14 states across the eastern U.S. and serves more than 11,000 vertical-transportation units. It has completed 10 mergers and acquisitions, including seven this year. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
