3Phase Merges Gable To Expand Its VT Service

3Phase Elevator has absorbed Ohio-based Gable Elevator in a merger, the Canton, Massachusetts, vertical-transportation (VT) company reported on December 22. Gable, a provider of elevator maintenance, repair and modernization services, has centers in the Cleveland and Columbus markets. The merger will give 3Phase a strong presence in Ohio, part of the company’s national expansion. Gable Elevator, a family-owned company, uses non-proprietary elevator components and equipment as it services commercial buildings in areas of Cleveland and Columbus. The Gable team, led by Phil Isaac and Matt Schumann, will remain in place and will continue to serve customers under the Gable Elevator brand. 3Phase Elevator provides services in 15 states across the eastern U.S. and provides service to more than 12,000 elevators. It has completed 11 mergers or acquisitions, including eight this year. For additional information, it can be visited at 3phaseelevator.com.
