Alimak Group Appoints Holmberg EVP of Industrial Division

Alimak Group, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has appointed Jens Holmberg as executive vice president (EVP) of the Industrial Division, which serves customers with permanently installed rack-and-pinion and traction elevators. Holmberg joins Alimak from Sandvik, where he most recently was division president, Sandvik Rock Tools within the Mining and Rock Solutions division. Prior to that, Holmberg worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He began his career in manufacturing at Scania. Alimak Group CEO Ole Kristian Jødahl observed that Holmberg brings a “robust skillset encompassing strategy, leadership, go-to-market planning, operational excellence, M&A and driving impactful business growth” globally. Holmberg said he looks forward to further supporting the “strong growth path the business is already on.”
