Almada Joins EL-ESCA as Latin America Territory Manager

Almada

EL-ESCA, a supplier of elevator and escalator components launched in 2024 by Mike Alcott and Patrick Bothwell, in February announced that Gustavo Almada of Mexico City, Mexico, has joined the team as Latin America territory manager. Almada began his vertical-transportation career with EHC Global in 2008, and was instrumental in growing the company’s presence in South and Central America. He then joined Draka EHC as key customer experience manager. For the past 10 months, Almada worked for a company that manufactures panels for the automotive refrigeration industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. “We are very sure that Gustavo will be welcomed back to the industry with open arms,” EL-ESCA stated. “Together, we are looking forward to continuing EL-ELSCA’s successful growth story in the elevator and escalator industry with outreach to our friends in Latin America.”
