Anlev Completes Acquisition of Two U.K. Lift Companies

Anlev Elevator Group, the lift, escalator and moving walk brand of Hong Kong-headquartered Analogue Holdings Ltd., announced on October 18 it completed two acquisitions of U.K. companies, furthering its global expansion strategy. Anlev now owns 51% of Yorkshire-based JCW Lifts Ltd. and 100% of Precision Lift Services Ltd., based in Essex and serving customers throughout southeast England. JCW is focused on London, Manchester, Leeds and other major U.K. cities. Founded in 1991, Anlev’s strategy to build alliances outside of Hong Kong began that same year with the acquisition of Transel Elevator & Electric, Inc. (TEI), one of the largest independent lift and escalator companies in New York. Anlev (UK) Ltd. was set up in 2020 to strengthen the company’s Europe foothold. Today, Anlev products manufactured at its Nanjing, China, facility are exported to more than 20 countries on six continents. JCW and Precision will retain considerable autonomy while having access to a wider array of designs and products, which Anlev said is a “win-win for all.”
