Ascent Elevators Acquires Select Century Elevator Assets

St. Louis, Missouri-headquartered Ascent Elevators announced on May 29 it has acquired select assets of Century Elevator Services, a full-service elevator maintenance, repair, modernization and testing company serving Missouri and Illinois. Ascent said it is also welcoming Century Elevator President Kirk Pohl to the team to play a key role in guiding Ascent’s Midwest division. Ascent said the strategic acquisition “marks a major milestone in our growth and reinforces our commitment to delivering industry-leading elevator solutions throughout the Midwest.” Ascent now provides comprehensive elevator maintenance, repair, modernization, testing and inspection services in Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
