Ortiz

ATTA Elevators announced on March 1 the opening of its Portland, Oregon, office. Leading the new office is vertical-transportation (VT) industry veteran Maria Ortiz, who joins ATTA as regional vice president. Ortiz boasts 18 years’ VT industry experience, including eight years focusing on the Portland market. She has worked for both Otis and KONE and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. “Ortiz has built a solid reputation based on trust, reliability and a customer-first approach,” ATTA Elevators CEO Mark Attanasio said. “Her passion for the industry and ability to build and manage dedicated teams will be highly beneficial as she leads ATTA Elevators’ continued growth in the Pacific Northwest.”
