Barss Promoted to VP of Operations at FIELDBOSS

Barss

FIELDBOSS, the business management software provider headquartered in Toronto with offices in NYC and Florida, announced on August 29 it has promoted Corey Barss to vice president (VP) of operations. The company described the move as “pivotal as the field service software market accelerates, fueled by growing customer demand and increased private equity (PE) investment in both HVAC and elevator service companies.” FIELDBOSS launched its new Client Solutions & Success (CSS) department earlier this year. Previously segmented across support, implementation and upgrades departments, these functions are now unified under a single umbrella — CSS — with dedicated teams. Over the past 13 years, Barss has progressed from being FIELDBOSS’s first consultant to leading a team of 25 professionals spanning operations, finance, accounting, reporting and project management.
