Belarus Modernizes 200 Elevators in Azerbaijan in 2025

Natalia Petkevich, Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, during the 15th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, which was established in 2004, between Azerbaijan and Belarus, praised the commission’s efforts in Azerbaijan across a variety of sectors, including vertical transportation, AZERTAC reports. She noted that as part cooperation in elevator production and supply with Mogilevliftmash, work to expand local production in Azerbaijan is ongoing, and 200 elevators were modernized and installed in 2025. Additionally, the commission has contributed to the development of bilateral relations in the economy, trade, transport, industry, agriculture, culture, sports, vocational education and other areas.
