Construction Week reports that Dubai-based developer Binghatti has launched its latest project: a luxury residential tower called One by Binghatti situated in Dubai’s Business Bay. Appearing to be roughly 60 stories, a rendering shows a series of stacked, uniform boxes with rows of balconied residences. If it’s built, the new tower will be in close proximity to other Binghatti luxury residential projects such as Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, Mercedes Benz Places | Binghatti and Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences. Planned at One by Binghatti are swimming pools, athletic facilities and a range of outdoor features like sunken seating, a running lane and a viewing deck. “Through a blend of innovative design and exceptional spaces, One by Binghatti provides residents with an unparalleled living experience,” the developer said.
