Developer Castlepoint Numa recently submitted plans for a third development in the Weston Village neighborhood of Toronto, Canada, Urban Toronto reports. Once again partnering with KIN Capital Partners and Fortlane Partners, Castlepoint Numa adds 1800 Weston, a 40-story residential tower designed by BDP Quadrangle, to its existing pair of Weston Village projects: Weston Park and 1830 Weston. Together, the three Weston Road developments will offer four residential towers, 1,977 dwelling units and 47,815ft2 of non-residential floor space. With its latest planning submission, Castlepoint Numa demonstrates an intentional commitment to revitalizing the Weston Village area for the long term.
