Champion Elevator Promotes Baez to Accounts Payable Director

NYC-headquartered Champion Elevator Corp. recently promoted Amy Baez from payroll and compliance manager to director of accounts payable. Baez now leads the accounts payable department alongside her current responsibilities, “ensuring seamless and efficient operations,” Champion observed. Prior to joining Champion in 2020, Baez was payroll manager at Brooklyn, NY-based Vertical Elevator Group. She has nearly 10 years’ experience as a finance associate with the Michael K. Braunstein & Co. CPA firm in NYC. “Since Amy’s journey began with us over three years ago, she has been a cornerstone of our finance department,” Champion said on announcing the promotion. “She has shown nothing but dedication, expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence.”
