Condo Tower Planned as Part of Philippines Megadevelopment

A 23-story condominium tower is planned as part of MEGAWORLD Corp.’s 85-ha Northwin Global City mixed-use megadevelopment in Bulacan Province in Philippines’ Central Luzon region, BusinessWorld reports. Scheduled for completion in 2027, 9 Central Park would boast 478 residences of varying sizes, two floors of parking and amenities including a 25-m lap pool, a children’s pool, an outdoor lounge and a daycare facility. A wireless smart home system would allow residents to control home features through a dedicated phone application, and the tower also aims to incorporate sustainability features such as rainwater harvesting and occupancy sensors to conserve energy. Hosting a Manila Clark Railway station that provides access to Clark International Airport, the larger Northwin Global City is set to have hotels, malls, commercial buildings, schools and office towers.
