With exterior work nearly finished, construction on Rose Hill, a 45-story residential tower at 30 East 29th Street in the NoMad district of Midtown NYC, has wrapped, New York YIMBY reports. Served by Otis elevators, designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Rockefeller Group, Rose Hill houses 123 condominiums marketed by CORE Real Estate priced up to US$19.5 million. Named for a farm that once operated on the site, Rose Hill is topped by a multifaceted crown and boasts bronze-and-glass façade panels distinguished by a signature chevron motif. High-end interior finishes include rusticated hardwood floors, bronze-finished hardware, Italian cabinetry, Calacatta Razzi honed marble countertops and heated marble bathroom floors. Amenities are generous, and include a private outdoor courtyard, a double-height lobby with a black marble fireplace, a 50-ft-long indoor swimming pool and a pet salon.
