Cress Returns to VT Industry as Metro Elevator Houston VP

Cress

After spending nearly two years as a strategic account executive with Johnson Controls, Colby Cress announced he has returned to the vertical-transportation (VT) industry as vice president (VP) of Metro Elevator Houston. “My time at Johnson Controls was invaluable thanks to the incredible people I met and the experiences I had,” Cress said. He now looks forward to creating exceptional experiences for VT clients and colleagues in the Houston area market. Prior to his time with Johnson Controls, Cress spent nearly 20 years at TK Elevator, holding positions including national account manager, regional director of service sales and district service sales manager. A graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in industrial distribution, Cress has strong ties to the city he calls home. Metro Elevator said Cress’ commitment to safety has earned him the Safety Culture Award, and that he sets himself apart with a “customer-first mindset.” Learn more about Cress at the company website.
