DAMAC Properties Launches Fitness-Inspired Residential Development in Dubai

U.A.E-headquartered DAMAC Properties has announced plans for a fitness-inspired luxury residential development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Construction Week Middle East reports. VOLTA will feature various wellness amenities including a multi-layered swimming pool deck, a jogging track, a yoga studio, boxing facilities and climbing walls. The 60-floor tower will also provide diet consulting, acupuncture, physiotherapy and beauty services. VOLTA’s interior design features an “aesthetic of movement,” with bold, neon pink colors and art installations in the lobby and facility areas to energize and motivate residents and visitors.
